You made it! You have graduated from some of the hardest most demanding curriculum in higher education. You ROCK! I hope you are celebrating your accomplishments and giving yourself a high five! I am sending virtual hugs and celebrating with you. Weird isn't it? The times are bringing out some challenges in the healthcare system that unfortunately are long-standing. The shortage of nurses has been discussed for years. Guess what? It's here. The racial disparity has been brought to the forefront with the societal upheaval and Black Lives Matter movement. It will not and should not be brushed under the rug again. I could go on but I am going to recognize that you personally have other challenges that are upcoming, like a huge test and a little thing like getting a job! We have this moment for you.
ContactNursing is a serious job and you play a pivotal role in your patient's life. First, we do no harm. Beyond that, we do the best that we can. For every day of every year, a nurse is appreciated for her compassion, empathy, caring hands, and heart. Nurses do what no one else will. New grads are the best because they are so enthusiastic about wanting to do procedures and start IV's, put NG tubes in, oh and foleys too. I love talking to and learning from new grads and when I had them in a more traditional setting, I told every one that I was going to teach them everything I knew. We had a lot of fun, even though nursing is a serious job. You will be called up to do things you have never done before. You will feel stupid and think you can't do this job. You will think you are a failure and you will never get your time management down. Every single nurse before you has felt the same way. Every single one. But don't give up! If you can't find any answer, anytime, call me. I will help you! Two things I want you to do in the next week. 1) Subscribe to a nursing magazine, 2) Call the board of Nursing and ask how you can be a part of the change nursing needs. And don't forget to sign up on the FB page @nursesneednurturingtoo20.

PAY PALA cleanse is the perfect way to rid the body of the build-up of toxins that are supplied by pollutants in the air, water, and food supply. Our bodies can not efficiently get rid of the excess. This cleanse is an elimination cleanse that helps determine if you are having problems with any food or additives. There is food eaten throughout the 14 days and a special booklet is sent to you with recipes and the process of the cleanse. In the beginning, a couple of days are given for a time to wean off caffeine or sugar. You will get daily support within a group for thoughts and feelings during the 21 day period. This is an excellent way to clear out your brain. I have had clients lose 12-15 pounds as a result of the reset.

I am so pleased with Karen as my health coach! She is extremely knowledgeable and she has taught me so much about my lack of self-care and how to improve that! After all, I am really the only one that is looking out for me! Along with that, she is kind, compassionate and caring. I am doing so much better with my diet and all around feeling of goodwill and health since enacting many of her assignments. Change is slow, but "press - on!" Rah! Rah! Rah for Coach Karen!
